Yesterday i took off, as all the online research i've done said to run basically mon wed fri sat sun. So i just walked around and avoided the buses, and stretched a hell of alot. I was super sore yesterday. Today, back to the gym. I ran for 30 min and then did upper body again. I felt really good running(my muscles and lungs) the only problem was a side stitch. If it wasn't for that, i would have, and wanted to run longer. Peace
